PURPOSE: A fireproof door and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent dewing and smoke, and to insulate heat by forming a honeycomb of fire-resistance paper made of incombustible ceramic and using an incombustible reflecting insulating material. CONSTITUTION: A glass fiber reinforced material is inserted between two aluminum thin films, and mounted by direct or indirect heat at 140 - 150 deg.C to form an aluminum reflecting insulating material(5). A ceramic honeycomb(3) is attached to the side of the aluminum reflecting insulating material by polysol(4), and fire-resistance polyethylene foam(6) is mounted to the other side of the aluminum reflecting insulating material by direct or indirect heat at 140 - 150 deg.C. Fire-resistance epoxy(2) is spread outside the ceramic honeycomb and the fire-resistance polyethylene foam to bond a galvanized steel sheet(1). Fine pores are formed in the surface of the aluminum reflecting insulating material.
