PURPOSE: An apparatus for regulating the height of desk and chair is provided to secure that user can regulate the height of desk and chair corresponding to his/her own body condition before using them, to prevent the backbone deformation of his/her back or waist, and to give a greatest help to the growth of mind and body. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for regulating the height of desk and chair, whose height can be regulated according to the inserted amount of upper legs(20) into lower legs(10), includes; a pair of racks(30) fixed and arranged in the upper reinforcing bar(21) connecting the upper legs(20) with each other; a pinion(40) rotating by being geared with the racks(30); and a fixing disk(50) arranged in the lower reinforcing bar(11) whose one side is coupled with the pinion(40) and whose other side connects the lower legs(10) with each other; wherein a coupling recess(51) and a coupling projection(52) are arranged on the fixing disk(50), and coupling holes(11a) are formed in the lower reinforcing bar(11).
