FIELD: pharmacy, medicinal industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing biologically active substances from medicinal vegetable raw and relates for preparing water-soluble polysaccharides from fragrant violet herb grist. Method for preparing water-soluble polysaccharides involves extraction of vegetable raw with hot water, evaporation of extract, precipitation of the end product, it washing out and drying. Fragrant violet (Viola odorata L.) herb grist after extraction of polyphenolic compounds with 70% ethanol is used as the parent raw. Then grist is extracted with water at heating to 95 C in the ratio raw : extractant = 1:10 for 30 min and repeated extraction is carried out twice. Vegetable material is separated by centrifugation and combined extracts are evaporated. Then polysaccharides are precipitated with three-fold amount of 96% ethyl alcohol at room temperature. The solid precipitate is filtered off, washed out with 96% ethyl alcohol, acetone and dried. Invention provides excluding the use of toxic and required the special storing conditions methyl alcohol by its replacing for ethyl alcohol. ^ EFFECT: improved preparing method, expanded raw base. ^ 1 ex |
