PURPOSE: A machine for exercises formed of special composite materials is provided to obtain anion and far-infrared ray emitting effects and electromagnetic wave protection effect by manufacturing the machine for exercises using raw ore from which far-infrared rays and anions are radiated and produce rust proofing products not easily brittle by maintaining rigidity and high strength. CONSTITUTION: The machine for exercises is characterized in that it is manufactured by a manufacturing method comprising a step of melting the mixed raw materials to a melting point of 1,539 deg.C or more using coke as a fuel after putting into a blast furnace(1') 100 kg of raw materials comprising gold, silver, copper, irons, all inorganic materials, bismuth, other all nonferrous metals, special alloy material, glasses, shells of fish and shellfish, potteries, jades, ceramics, all kinds of plants and animals, jewelries, germanium, tourmaline raw stone, other types of raw stones, soils, bacteria, fungi and mosses mixed in certain ratios to be coated on one side of the surface of a machine for exercises(1) as an alloy material or used as a material for the machine for exercises; a step of manufacturing a molded machine for exercises by cast molding the molten raw material mixture in the mold after putting a molten raw material mixture into a mold(1") formed in a shape of the machine for exercises; a step of finishing and grinding the molded machine for exercises; a step of heat treating the finished and grinded molded machine for exercises in first heat treater(2') in the temperature range of 500 to 1,500 deg.C for 5 hours or more; a step of annealing the heat treated molded machine for exercises in an annealing treater(7') in the temperature range of 400 to 1,400 deg.C for 3 hours or more; and a step of quenching the annealed molded machine for exercises in a quenching treater(12') for 5 minutes.
