<p>A reactor column has a liquid distributor system (1) with a main channel (2) draining (5) at a predetermined rate into each of a number of side channels. The main channel drainage system comprises a series of outlets (20) discharging through guides (50) into the side channels. Each guide (50) has a converging cross section which essentially only regulates the fluid horizontal vector. Each guide rests on top of and locates in the open channel by a snap- fitting. Each side channel has a single fluid guide. The guides are closed at the top, are symmetrical and are made of bent sheet metal.</p> |
