The adapter has a bonnet with a squared movable exterior, where the bonnet is made of a non-magnetizable material such as brass. The upper part of the squared movable exterior has a hollow housing, and a metallic pallet is made of a magnetizable material such as a non-rust magnetizable metal. The pallet is arranged and fixed in the hollow housing. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a hydraulic control unit (b) a process of design of a stem adapter for hydraulic control unit of water distribution network.
