The device has a cap (10) occupying a sealing position of a compartment of a signaling head (3) after the device is placed on the ground. The cap has immobilization units (12,13) cooperating with each other. The cooperation of the units stops when a force having a value greater than a preset value is applied on the cap. The cap is driven into the bottom of the compartment from the sealing position towards a breaching position.
