The hopper (5) has an openable cover (8) protecting a hopper assembly and mechanisms, and a discharge zone (6) provided with a peripheral and flexible tile (11). A valve rocker forming flap (7) provides a continuous stream of air between the discharge zone and the hopper. A modular grid (12) is positioned above a loading port in a valve that is formed by the flap. Dust is collected in a bonnet (22). Ventilators are conducted into a chamber (15) that is located at a bottom of a bag filter (14).
