PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein if the number of stages of a secondary buffer is made smaller, a value input before becoming abnormal cannot be securely held, and if the number of stages thereof is made larger, the delay amount becomes larger. SOLUTION: An input data hold device inputs input data into a primary buffer, inputs the output from the primary buffer into a secondary buffer, and outputs the output from the secondary buffer via a delay part. The input data hold device has a selection part disposed between the primary and secondary buffers. When the input data is normal, the output from the primary buffer is input into the secondary buffer. When the input data is abnormal, the output from the delay part is returned to the secondary buffer.
