PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair holder capable of easily curling the hair by prescribed several kinds of winding diameters. SOLUTION: The hair holder is composed of a cylindrical body 2 in a flat shape constituted of sheets 23A and 23B so as to insert a hair bundle 3 from an opening part 21 at one end to the opening part 22 at the other end, an extension part 4 provided on the end part of the opening part 21 at one end of the cylindrical body 22 and extended from the end part in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical body 2, and a locking belt body 5 whose base end is fixed to the surface of the sheet 23A forming one surface of the cylindrical body 2 and whose tip is a free end 52. The cylindrical body 2 can be wound around with one surface 23A on the outer side in the state of inserting the hair bundle 3, and a locking hole 41 where the locking belt body 5 can be inserted and fixed is formed at the extension part 4. The locking belt body 5 is provided with a plurality of locking parts 51A and 51B, and the cylindrical body 2 can be fixed in the wound state to two or more kinds of the winding diameters.
