<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the work efficiency when an endoscopic treatment is performed by making treatment instruments project from openings at pointed heads of at least two treatment instrument inserting channels. <P>SOLUTION: The endoscope apparatus is configured wherein an optical system 21 for observation, the first treatment instrument guiding table 31 which guides the first treatment instrument 37 projected through the first treatment instrument inserting channel 34 in the first reciprocative direction and the second treatment instrument guiding table 41 which guides the second treatment instrument 47 projected through the second treatment instrument inserting channel 44 in the second reciprocative direction different from the guiding direction of the above first treatment instrument 37 are disposed at a pointed head 2 of an endoscope inserting member 1. The above first treatment instrument guiding table 31 can guide the projected pointed head of the first treatment instrument 37 from the inside of a visual field to the outside of the visual field of the endoscopic image which an operator observes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
