PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast received advertising information output arrangement enabling to show a viewer local commercial messages corresponding to the location of the viewer. SOLUTION: An advertising information and an advertising local information are carried on a digital broadcast wave. A CPU 11 acquires an existing location based on a demodulation data output from a GPS receiving circuit 12 or a beacon receiving circuit 13, and extracts the advertising information with the advertising local information which exists in a predetermined range centering on this existing position. When the advertising information corresponding to a local area exists in the digital broadcast wave, the CPU 11 uses an OSD indication circuit 12 and performs a processing on which for example a character message such as "advertising information can be output" is displayed on a monitor 9. If a user sees the above-mentioned message and indicates the output of the advertising information to a device 30, the CPU 11 suspends a video image/voice output of program, and performs the video image/voice output of advertising information read from CM data memory 14.
