The pillow has an electronic device (14) embedded in the cushioning body (10) of the pillow, for storage and reproduction of tone signals, together with a push-button switch (16) for activation of the electronic device. The electronic device may be operated by a rechargeable energy source and a microphone may be incorporated for allowing tone signals to be recorded.
