<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor to be driven by using a secondary battery capable of suppressing power consumption according to the temperature or power supply conditions of the secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: In this information processor 1, an information processing device 2(CPU or the like) is provided with a function for receiving power supply from a secondary battery 3, and for suppressing power consumption by controlling an operating speed, a supplied voltage or currents. This information processor 1 is provided with a temperature detecting means 4 or a state detecting means 6 of the secondary battery 3, and when the decrease or increase of the temperature is detected, the power consumption of the information processing device is reduced by a control means 5 so that the life of the secondary battery 3 can be lengthened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
