<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal flowmeter which suitably measures a flow rate of a fluid flowing through a fluid passage. <P>SOLUTION: This thermal flowmeter is equipped with: a temperature-sensitive resistance element 70 installed in the fluid passage 18 in a pipe 10; and electric wiring connected to the resistance element 70. Particularly in this case, the flowmeter is provided with a thin plate-like board 40 having a hole having a size nearly equal to the cross section of the fluid passage 18, and the resistance element 70 is installed at the center of a hole generally flush with the board 40. The electric wiring is formed on the board 40, and extended up to the outside of a range corresponding to the circumference of the pipe 10 in making the cross section of the fluid passage 18 coincide with the hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
