PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately attach a magnetic disk to a loading target, and to reduce costs required for the attachment. SOLUTION: A clamping mechanism 10 for holding a magnetic disk 3 including a magnetic recording surface 3a and a center hole part 31 is provided with a clamp boss 11 to be fitted in the center hole part 31 of the magnetic disk 3, a spring member 12 fixed to the clamp boss 11 to press the magnetic disk 3 to the clamp boss 11, and a ring spacer 15 arranged between the magnetic disk 3 and the spring member 12.
