PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance coil member of which a cross-section area missing rate of a coil part is low and which is low in manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The coil member is provided with a coil part which is drawn in a required pattern on the surface of a substrate 1, and is characterized in that the coil part comprises a layer which is formed on the substrate surface by electroforming. A corner 20 of the pattern is arcuate and has an inner angle equal to or larger than 90°but less than 180°, and the cross-section area missing rate at the coil of the corner is less than 25%.
