PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the unlocking of a frame body and a glass window without carrying out the operation of inserting and turning a key in a key insertion hole. SOLUTION: A rotating shaft 4c of a cylinder 4 is connected to a rotating shaft 8a of a motor 8 arranged coaxially to face the cylinder 4, and a claw cam 20 is fitted to the connected rotating shaft 4c (rotating shaft 8a). The claw cam 20 is provided with first and second locking claws 20a, 20b capable of moving first and second slide bars 5, 6 by laterally rotating. Consequently, if the rotating shaft 4c of the cylinder 4 is put in a free state by the operation of a solenoid 18, the claw cam 20 can be rotated by the motor 8. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
