RE-RELEASABLE PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE SHEET AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a re-releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet excellent in adhesive properties and re-releasability and to provide a process for producing the re-releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet by a transfer coating method. SOLUTION: The process for producing the re-releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprises laminating a release sheet having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing fine particles formed on one surface side of the release sheet with a sheet substrate wherein the fine particles have a mean particle size of 15-70μm; and the release sheet having formed thereon the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is laminated with the sheet substrate by using a nip roll under a linear pressure of 98-980 N/cm and/or using a gap-type calender in which a gap between two rolls is 20-80% of the total thickness of the release sheet having the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed thereon and the sheet substrate. The re-releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is formed by laminating the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer side of the release sheet having the pressure-sensitive adhesive with the sheet substrate wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface of the release sheet side has a 60 degree gloss value in accordance with JIS-Z-8741 of 10% or less.
