PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an axial dimension while securing the necessary performances. SOLUTION: A pair of supports 64a, 64b are mounted between each of axial both side faces of an output-side disc 17c and an axial one side face of each of input-side discs 2a, 2b. An input rotating shaft 1a and a hollow rotating shaft 85 are inserted into supporting annular parts 66a, 66b formed on intermediate parts of the supports 64a, 64b, and the axial both end parts of the output-side disc 17c are supported by the supporting annular parts 66a, 66n rotatably by a ball bearing 61b. Retaining rings 86, 86 are hung between an outer peripheral face of the hollow rotating shaft 85 and an inner peripheral face of the output-side disc 17c, whereby the hollow rotating shaft 85 and the output-side disc 17c are connected in a state of inhibiting the axial displacement.
