<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turn-over device detecting the gravity center of a subject on a bed and effectively turning over the subject. <P>SOLUTION: This turn-over device is provided with, at least, a plurality of expansion bags disposed on the bed and an operating means expanding or contracting the expansion bags. This device is also provided with a turn-over action determination means determining whether the turn-over is necessary or not for the subject on the bed according to conditions, a gravity center detecting means detecting the gravity center of the subject on the bed, an expansion bag determining means, when the turn-over action determining means determines the necessity of the turn-over, selecting the expansion bags to be expanded or contracted from the gravity center detected by the gravity center detecting means, a turn-over means operating the operating means according to the determination of the expansion bag determining means and a turn-over determining means determining whether the gravity center detected by the gravity center detecting means is changed or not after the operation of the turn-over means and determining the completion of the turn-over when the gravity center is changed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
