摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the problems wherein the seismic capacity evaluation of an old two-storied wooden house constructed by a traditional method takes time and cost, which causes many problems in economic benefits and reliability, and also a plurality of earthquake-resistant walls are generally added inside buildings and at the same time, interior and exterior repairs are required for earthquake-resistant reinforcement, which becomes large-scale and the construction period becomes long, resulting in exerting burdens on the living of the residents. SOLUTION: This load testing method for seismic capacity evaluation of wooden houses is a test method for examining the lateral stiffness of external walls around the four-plane outer walls of the houses. Accordingly, it is not necessary to use heavy machines, and test equipment and tools can be installed at the outside of the walls for testing, even when the housing circumferences are narrow, which reduces the burden on the residents living there and is safe and economical. Also, the method fixes connection hooks, by utilizing horizontal members and bases of existing houses, and the shape of theconnection hooks and tools enable installation, even when there are protrusions, such as downpipes or shutter boxes at the external walls around the four-plane outer walls of the houses. As a result, the method can cope with the conditions of most of the existing hauses, and can facilitate standardization of the testing method, and enables accurate measurement.
