The flexible material includes multiple fastening regions including a first fastening region (20,158, 228,416,424,426,905) in which an array of fastener elements (21,904,1008) with stems are arranged, the stems integrally molded with and extending from a common resin substrate (23,1010), and a second fastening region (18,156,226,414,428, 508,905) of fibrous loops (906) releasably engageable with the fastener elements (21,904,1008).
