Said material is embodied in the form of a moulded part consisting of a biocompatible binder containing one or several compounds providing calcium a nd phosphorous, characterised in that the surface thereof is etched in order to ensure the surface placement and the surface access of elements added to the binder, i.e. calcium and phosphorous.
