PURPOSE: Boiled fish paste(eomuk) having functionality containing a fermented product together with conventional boiled fish paste material is provided. The fermented product is prepared by fermenting nutraceuticals, cereals, vegetables, fruits, tourmarine, loess, charcoal. It is rich in nutrients and effective in maintaining good health. CONSTITUTION: A conventional boiled fish paste material is mixed with a fermented product obtained by fermenting cereals, vegetables, fruits, nutraceuticals, tourmarine, loess, charcoal or the like. The cereals are rice, barley, foxtail millet, oat, Vigna sinensis, buckwheat, sorghum, red-beans, mung beans or the like. The nutraceuticals are polysaccharides of ginseng extract and mushroom extract, flavan compounds, fermented organic material of animals and plants, physiologically active materials of plants, animals, birds, bacteria or the like. The fruits are plums, ginger, grapes, bananas, pears, pineapples, jujubes, chestnuts, apples, melons, water melons, persimmons, apricots, peaches or the like.
