PURPOSE: A communication device for an alert service is provided to allow a sentry to easily communicate with a wired/wireless transceiver installed in battery headquarters through a voice signal or an emergency signal in an emergency by using a transceiver installed in a watchhouse. CONSTITUTION: An emergency call wireless transmitter(11) transmits an emergency signal in an emergency and a voice signal through a pin microphone. A watchhouse transceiver(21) receives the emergency signal and the voice signal from the emergency call wireless transmitter(11) and communicates with a ready room transceiver(31) installed in a ready room of headquarters through the emergency signal and the voice signal. A ready room transceiver(31) receives the emergency signal and the voice signal directly from the emergency call wireless transmitter(11), and checks blinking of a corresponding lamp when a situation occurs and performs voice communication.
