PURPOSE: A variable locking control device is provided to obtain a perfect opening operation of a locking valve, to simply design a driving mechanism, and to produce at low cost. CONSTITUTION: A variable locking control device(1) is composed of a cylinder-shaped housing(2) filled with fluid and a piston for moving axially in the housing. The piston divides the housing into two pressure chambers(6) and connected to a piston rod passing through the housing in a closed state at one end. A locking valve(7) comprises a locking member(13) and a manual actuation tappet having a transmission washer(16). The locking valve is opened to connect the pressure chambers to each other by moving axially the locking member by the transmission washer by a tilting motion of the actuation tappet. The transmission washer of the actuation tappet is axially placed on the locking member without clearance and accordingly the actuation tappet is fixed axially to the locking member.
