SWITCHING SYSTEM HAVING REAL-TIME MONITORING FUNCTION OF DIALER SERVER AND MONITORING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A switching system having a real-time monitoring function of a dialer server and its monitoring method are provided to allow a manager program side to monitor a dialer server on a real time basis by implementing bi-directional communication between the manager program and the dialer server. CONSTITUTION: A manager program(1) is a user interface that is stored in an operator computer, operated, and used by an operator to manage a CTI(Computer Telephony Interface) middleware server(10). A dialer server(20) performs a dialing function of a CTI and transmits/receives data to/from the CTI middleware server(10) through TCP/IP communication. A monitoring process(11) connects a TCP/IP socket for communication with the manager program(1). A transmission process(13) transmits a monitoring command data of a packet unit of the manager program(1) that accesses the dialer server(20). A receiving process(14) receives response packet data from the dialer server(20) and transmits it to the monitoring process(11).
