METHOD FOR INFUSING LIQUID INTO BAMBOO AND METHOD FOR CONSERVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for infusing a liquid into a bamboo and a method for conserving the same are provided to more effectively infuse a liquid, such as alcohol, into the bamboo and to conserve the alcohol in the bamboo for an extended period of time. CONSTITUTION: The method for infusing a liquid into a bamboo includes the steps of: placing a sealed bamboo(1) in a vacuum chamber(10); sucking air from the vacuum chamber(10); infusing a liquid into the vacuum chamber(10) higher than the bamboo(1) and at the same time discharging the air inside the vacuum chamber(10); applying pneumatic pressure into the vacuum chamber(10); discharging the liquid inside the vacuum chamber(10); sucking air from the vacuum chamber(10) again; and infusing the liquid into the bamboo(1) to a desired height.
