REFRIGERATOR HAVING FUNCTION OF LOCALLY CONCENTRATED COOLING

PURPOSE: A refrigerator having a function of locally concentrated cooling is provided to prevent a temperature deviation due to newly stored foods by cooling the corresponding area. CONSTITUTION: A cold air duct(36) has a passage for flowing cold air inside, and is arranged at a rear area of a refrigerator compartment(31), having a plurality of cold air discharge ports(38) for discharging the cold air to areas partitioned by shelves(35). A discharge port cover(41) is arranged at each cold air discharge port to open and shut the cold air discharge port. A cover driving part(43) drives each discharge port cover. A plurality of temperature detecting sensors(50a,50b,50c) detect temperatures of the areas partitioned by the shelves. A control unit controls the cover driving part to open and shut the cold air discharge ports based on a result of the temperature detection.
