PURPOSE: A multi-layered vessel is provided to establish a vacuum layer, thereby enabling a preservation of a contained thing in a vacuum state. CONSTITUTION: The multi-layered vessel comprises: a plurality of vessels(10) piled in sequence, each vessel having a door(70) with a packing for sealing; a vacuum forming member(1000) for making a space between the vessels vacuous. A sensor detects open and/or close states of the door(70). A controller(100) controls the vacuum-forming member(1000) according to the detection of the sensor.
