PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a map data output system capable of outputting a map data in which information on each block are made to coincide with present conditions. SOLUTION: This map data output system is provided with: a 1st storage part (storage device 3) for storing a plurality of standard map data D1 which is created based on a 1st map and in which 1st border line information/discrimination number information are related to each other and grouped in a predetermined map outline unit; a 2nd storage part (storage device 3) for storing reference map data D2, D3 which are created based on a 2nd map and in which 2nd border line information/discrimination number information are related to each other and grouped in a predetermined map outline unit; and a control part 9 for creating and outputting an edited map data D5 in which the 1st border line information/discrimination number information about the predetermined section in the standard map data D1 are replaced with the 2nd border line information/discrimination number information about a small section or a large section corresponding to the predetermined sections in the reference map data D2, D3.
