<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resist resin composition having favorable elongation and flexure resistance and excellent resistance to thermal shock or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The resist resin composition is prepared by compounding a spheric powder material having a multilayer structure comprising a spheric resin having rubber elasticity in the center and a vitreous or inorganic outermost layer, as an additive, and compounding a monofunctional epoxy resin and a photopolymerization initiator as essential components into a special polycarboxylic acid resin containing an epoxy group.
