PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunological analysis reagent which can expand the measurable range and has a high detecting sensitivity and an immunological analysis method. SOLUTION: This immunological analysis reagent contains a latex grain latex suspension supporting an antibody of a substance to be analyzed or its fragment, and a monoclonal antibody of a substance to be analyzed in a release state or its fragment. In this immunological analysis method, a latex grain supporting the antibody of the substance to be analyzed or its fragment, the monoclonal antibody of the substance to be analyzed in a release state or its fragment, and a test sample which can contain the compound to be analyzed are contacted.
