PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid detergent which enables a fiber product or the like hardly cleanable with a washing machine to be efficiently cleaned by a simple operation. SOLUTION: This drying-type liquid detergent contains (a) a compound or a combination of compounds selected from among (a1) a combination of a specific inorganic cation and a specific inorganic anion, (a2) a nonionic organic compound solid at 25°C and with a molecular weight less than 1,000, and (a3) a specific organic acid or a salt thereof, (b) an anionic surfactant having a 10-16C hydrocarbon group and -OSO<SB>3</SB>M or -SO<SB>3</SB>M (wherein M is a cation), (c) 1-70 mass% organic compound which forms, with water, an azeotropic mixture with an azeotropic temperature lower than 100°C under a pressure of 1,013.25 hPa, and (d) water in a specified ratio, provided that at least a part of (a) has been dissolved in (c) or (d).
