The recruiting information storage means (12) holds recruiting information including specific terms and specific places for every recruiter. The processing means (14) receives job-seeking information including a specific term or a specific place through the communication means (7) from a job-seeker terminal, compares the job-seeking information with the recruiting information stored in the recruiting information storage means (12), reads recruiting information matching the job-seeking information from the recruiting information storage means (12), and sends the read recruiting information on each recruiter to the job-seeking terminal.</p> |
