PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device for a dwelling house, minimizing energy loss while maintaining the quality of air by detecting a change in the quantity of ventilation due to an indoor/outdoor temperature difference and controlling the quantity of air to be supplied by an air supply device in consideration of the quantity of ventilation in the dwelling house due to air leakage or the quantity of air leakage while focusing on the indoor/outdoor temperature difference, an air supply fan and an airtight dwelling house equipped therewith. SOLUTION: A thermo couple temperature gauge 5 for detecting a difference between an indoor temperature and an outdoor temperature in the airtight dwelling house 1 is arranged in position in an air duct 4. The quantity of air to be supplied by the air supply fan 3 is controlled by an air supply quantity control means depending on the temperature difference detected by the thermocouple temperature gauge 5.
