<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitting antenna which is easy to specify the occurrence of abnormalities and cause of failures. <P>SOLUTION: An A/D converter 25 performs A/D conversion of the detected value of a traveling-wave power detection circuit 4 for input of an automatic level control circuit 8. A multiplexer 26 is installed in the A/D converter 25 and receives input of voltage information from a voltage sensor 27, and temperature information from a temperature sensor 28. A flash memory 31 is compromised which stores these data. A normal voltage range, and a temperature range are established beforehand, and a CPU 23 in an automatic level control circuit 8 compares the established voltage range and temperature range with the measured data and are determines. If the occurrence of abnormality is determined, the data are stored in the flash memory 31, and it has a status monitoring function. As the result, the data is useful for determining the operation failures of transmitting antenna and cause of failures, and enables conducting high-precision analysis. Because the CPU in the automatic level control circuit is made to detect abnormality, a different-detecting means is not necessary to be installed, and a status monitoring circuit is provided at a low cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
