PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a universal direct drive type power joystick mechanism applied to a system in response to direct-drive by a large power source, high-speed and high-load. SOLUTION: A travel distance generated in operating a joystick is detected by position detection encoders of servo motors M1 and M2 to correctly and quickly send coordinate information to the servo motors M1 and M2, and thereby the rotation of the two servo motors is controlled. By driving and interlocking two L-shaped frame means, auxiliary power is provided for the joystick, so that drive of the system highly responding to moment of high power and high speed is accomplished. Thereby, weak points in use of a conventional joystick incapable of enduring large power drive, easy to rupture, lacking mechanical strength, and having excessive friction force can be improved.
