PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the eradication of a feeling of loneliness, a strong feeling of togetherness and a sense of security to the user of a terminal, and to realize the simplification of the grasp of conditions or situations and the simplification of the retrieval of a person being the target of communication.

SOLUTION: Icon information constituted of arbitrary image information corresponding to the users of condition notification terminals 11 to 15 or the users of condition notification terminals 21 to 25 or articles or animals associated with the condition notification terminals and condition information corresponding to them are arranged adjacently in a way that the correlations of both of them can be grasped. One or more sets are displayed as a list on the display pictures of the condition display terminals 21 to 25 for every belonging group. When a communication enabling means or condition information is changed and the message is received, the generation of change is notified to a user in various methods.
