The device has a control rod with a coordinate rod base, two L-shaped frames, two motors with position detection encoders and two interaction elements. The control rod can be controlled to produce a deflection, whereby the position detection encoders of both motors detect a coordinate message and send it to a controller that precisely controls the rotation angles of the frame-driving motor shafts resulting in low control rod operating forces. The device has a control rod (1) with a coordinate rod base (10), first and second L-shaped frames (2A,2B), two motors with position detection encoders and first and second interaction elements (4,5). The control rod can be controlled to move and produce a deflection, whereby the position detection encoders of both motors detect a coordinate message and send it to a controller, which precisely controls the rotation angles of the shafts of both motors, which drive the frames, resulting in low control rod operating forces.
