<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage microcapsule realizing easy encapsulation, free of formaldehyde hazardous to human health, safe and simple to manufacture. <P>SOLUTION: In this heat storage microcapsule, a paraffin-containing core substance is accommodated in a wall-forming film made of a polyurethane resin or a polyurea resin.
