<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain highly accurate analysis by all patterns by accurately finding the reliability of the whole system by comparatively small calculation volume. <P>SOLUTION: In an analysis method for highly accurately finding the reliability of the whole system by comparatively small calculation volume, a reliability block diagram having many blocks is divided into slave block diagrams, the combination of normality/failure of each block is prepared, and only combinations in each of which a route from a start point up to an end point exists, probability values generating the combinations are added.
