<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic document management system, a program and an electronic document management method, capable of securing readability of an electronic original document. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic official document management method has: a step for sequentially storing information (abolition, version upgrading, compatibility, substitution, standardization or the like) about hardware and software components constituting a system for reading the electronic original document stored in an original document server 9 into a knowledge base 7 through the Internet 2; and a step for deciding a readability level of the electronic document on the basis of information in the knowledge base 7 with a change of network information, equipment failure information inside a self network, or failure information through the Internet 2 from a user as a trigger, deriving information about a method for coping with the readability level, and informing a corresponding person. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
