PURPOSE: An isolator for manufacturing a concrete sleeper is provided to manufacture a concrete sleeper easily and to improve durability by increasing strength to minimize the damage against impact. CONSTITUTION: The isolator for manufacturing a concrete sleeper comprises: a cover member(100) composed of a pair of isolation plates(110) provided with slide grooves(111) and guide holes(112), a cover plate(120) welded to each isolation plate(110) and fixed with a handle(140), and a connection plate(130) connecting lower sides of the isolation plates(110), wherein a stopper(150) is attached to the upper end of the slide groove(111) to be projected in the appointed length; and a steel wire bearing member(200) provided with guide holes(210), guide pins(220) to be inserted in the guide holes(112) of the isolation plate(110), and a fixed piece(230) supported to the guide pin(220) rotatively.
