PURPOSE: A fixing device for preventing unfastening is provided to improve connecting force and to prevent the unfastening of a bolt and a nut by fixing the nut with an elastic body inserted to a closed space and pushed upward and improving the connecting force of the bolt and the nut. CONSTITUTION: A fixing device for preventing unfastening comprises a body(100) having plural faces to form an inner space, an elastic member(200) having a shape of W inserted to the body, a nut(300) placed on the elastic member inside the body, and a hexagonal head bolt(400) connected with the nut and having a pressurizing shaft(410) on the free end.
