PURPOSE: An inter-stage matching circuit of a multistage power amplifier for mobile communication is provided to improve accuracy of tuning by transforming values of an inductor and a capacitor into values which are easily implemented on a module. CONSTITUTION: An inter-stage matching circuit(10) is comprised of a λ/4 line(11), a shunt inductor(L11), and series capacitor(C11). The λ/4 line(11) transforms an impedance component. The inter-stage matching circuit(10) is constructed in a low pass type that passes a low frequency. The λ/4 line(11) employs two lines(TL11,TL12) for implementing the inter-stage matching circuit(10) on a module with high impedance rather than low impedance. A width of the respective two lines(TL11,TL12) is determined by impedance value while a length thereof is determined by a relative wavelength with respect to a corresponding matching frequency.
