STRAIGHTNESS MEASUREMENT SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE: A straightness measurement system is provided to improve machining precision by measuring straightness and compensating error in real time. CONSTITUTION: A straightness measurement system is composed of a laser displacement sensor(100) installed at one side of a spindle(12) and measuring the displacement of received laser, a straight edge-long mirror(110) installed at the rear of the spindle and reflecting laser, a signal detecting unit(120) for detecting straightness error data, a control unit(130) receiving the straightness error data and outputting a control signal, and a driving unit(140) for feeding a fine feed tool rest(16) according to the control signal.
