PURPOSE: A hollow airtight container and the piston-cap are provided to be manufactured easier than the conventional pumping-type container-cap, and to be used easier than a container-cap opened and closed with hands. CONSTITUTION: The piston-cap(10) is manufactured by forming a piston(20) with an outflowing hole for outflowing contents by being mounted on the internal of a container inlet and an airtight-cap(11) mounted on the external of the container inlet in the same body. The piston-cap(10) has a lens-cleaner to wash contact-lens. The piston-cap(10) is able to be divided from or combined with the airtight-cap(11). The piston(20) and the airtight-cap(11) are mounted on the outside of the container inlet and driven for inlet and outlet operations according to a movement of the contents in the container and flexibility of the container at the same time. The operations helps to automatically perform conversion to airtightness, and open and close states by outflowing and intercepting the contents. Thus, the contact-lens can be easily cleaned up by the lens cleaner.
