摘要 PURPOSE: A clock enable buffer of a semiconductor device is provided, which comprises an LVCMOS clock enable buffer part operating safely without regard to a process, a power supply voltage and a temperature during its operation. CONSTITUTION: According to the clock enable buffer to control a clock buffer of a semiconductor device, an internal voltage generator outputs a reference signal maintaining a constant potential. The first clock enable buffering unit outputs the first clock enable signal by comparing a clock enable signal with the reference signal in a period where the clock enable signal is inputted to the first voltage level mode. The second clock enable buffering unit outputs the second clock enable signal by buffering the first clock enable signal in a period where the clock enable signal is inputted to the second voltage level mode. And a clock enable signal control part controls the first clock enable buffering unit, and outputs the second clock enable signal as an internal clock enable signal to enable the clock buffer.
